Refund policy

All customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 days, provided that the following conditions are met

- The original invoice or purchase receipt is available.
- The purchase was made within the last 14 days.
- The products are in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
- The products have not been used in any way.
- The nature of the goods, according to customary practice, allows for their return or refund.
- There is a latent manufacturing defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase.

Goods cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases

- Products that are custom-made or manufactured based on the customer’s specific request are non-refundable.

- If the customer was aware of a defect or fault in the goods at the time of purchase and accepted them in their existing condition, as stated in the purchase invoice.

- If the nature, characteristics, packaging, or sealing of the goods have been altered or damaged in a way that prevents their replacement or return, or makes it impossible to restore them to their original condition at the time of purchase, unless the reason for return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect as stated above.

Warranty Policy

- All purchased parts are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects only.
- Please note that refunded amounts will be credited as follows:
- K-Net payments: within 1 to 4 working days
- Credit card payments: within 5 to 7 working days
- If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact your bank.

E-books are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
