How can I see my order history?

You can view your order history at any time on our website following these steps:

Can I receive my order on the same day?

Yes, we can ship to all gulf countries and for our Publication books we ship to most countries of the world, please contact customer service to find out which countries are not included. Contact Us. Shipping rates outside Kuwait are determined according to the size or weight of the order and according to the country to which it is sent.

Do you have gift wrapping service?

How can I cancel my order and how long does it take to process a refund?

Kindly note that the deducted amount will be refunded to your account within 1 to 4 working days if paid by K-Net & from 5 to 7 working days for credit cards.

In case you did not receive your refund back after 10 working days, please contact your bank.

What is meant by Safe Mubkhar, String & Squashed?

The Safe Mubkhar is suitably sealed to prevent contact with the charcoal. In case of accidental dropping, the charcoal remains contained. It can be used to fumigate clothes or hair.

The string and squashed are different shapes for our edition, the string taking the form of wire and the squashed taking the form of leather.

What is the country of origin of the home fragrances?

All home fragrances are manufactured in France.

Can the thermos and the double glass cups for tea and coffee be purchased separately?

Our warranty & Return policy

All customers have the right, within 14 days, to return the purchased available items through our website in the event that they are not used and in the same condition of purchase. Yet for the Pre-Order items, they cannot be returned.

The warranty policy is that any parts purchased from our website or through customer service are subject to a warranty against manufacturing defects only.

Is it possible to place an order for an item or color that is currently out of stock?

Kindly contact our customer service to pre-order the item or the color you desire. Please note that the delivery time for pre-orders takes from 3 to 4 weeks. Contact Us

How can I clean the Hospitality Set?

To clean the Hospitality Set, gently detach each piece from its base. Proceed to hand wash the item using a soft sponge. It is very important to dry the item using a soft cloth.

How can I clean the Mubkhar and is it possible to request cleaning services for my Mubkhar if it's heavily soiled?

For cleaning the Mubkhar, you have the option of using wet wipes or slightly moistened napkins. In case you want to request a cleaning service, kindly contact our customer service to facilitate the process of arranging the Mubkhar's transfer to the warehouse for the required cleaning procedures. Can the metal cup of Fouz Mubkhar be purchased separately?

If the metal cup is lost, we can offer replacements for a nominal fee. Kindly contact our customer service for additional details. Contact Us

How can I properly use the Safe Mubkhar and can I use aluminum foil beneath the charcoal?

To ensure correct usage, first ignite the charcoal outside the Mubkhar, make sure you are utilizing charcoal of a micro size, then place it inside the Mubkhar and add your favorite bakhoor. Remember to securely close the lid.

It is not recommended to use aluminum foil beneath the charcoal, as this may cause the Mubkhar to be burnt.
