Shipping policy

Shipping rates outside Kuwait are determined according to the size or weight of the order and according to the country to which it is sent. Shipping charges does not include taxes or custom fees that might be charged at the receiving country. Such charges, if imposed, shall be paid by the customer.

We can ship to all gulf countries and for our Publication books we ship to most countries of the world, please contact customer service to find out which countries are not included.

Customers residing and receiving items outside of Kuwait can refund and exchange items within 30 days according to the following conditions: 

  • The original invoice or purchase order is available.
  • The purchase was made within 30 days.
  • The products are in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
  • The consumer has not used the products in any way.
  • The nature of the goods, according to customary practice, allows for their return or refund.
  • There is a latent manufacturing defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase.
Goods cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
  • If the products are "custom-made" or manufactured based on the customer's request, they cannot be refunded.
  • If the consumer was aware of the defect or fault in the goods at the time of purchase and accepted them in their condition, as indicated in the purchase invoice.
  • If the nature, characteristics, packaging, or sealing of the goods have been altered or changed in a manner that prevents their replacement or return, such as damage or impossibility to return them to the original condition at the time of purchase unless the reason for return or exchange is due to the manufacturing defects mentioned earlier.
Warranty Policy: Any purchased parts are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects only.
Please note that the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 1 to 4 working days if payment was made via K-Net, and within 5 to 7 working days for credit cards. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact your bank.
E-books are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

يتم تحديد أسعار الشحن خارج الكويت وفقًا لحجم الطلب أو وزنه ووفقًا للبلد المرسل إليه.

تكلفة الشحن لا تشمل أية ضرائب أو تكاليف جمركية قد تفرضها البلد المرسل اليها. أية تكاليف إضافية يتم دفعها من قبل العميل.

يمكننا الشحن إلى جميع دول الخليج وبالنسبة لكتب المطبوعات الخاصة بنا التي نقوم بشحنها إلى معظم دول العالم ، يرجى الاتصال بخدمة العملاء لمعرفة الدول غير المشمولة.

يمكن للعملاء خارج الكويت الاستبدال أو استرجاع البضائع خلال 30 يوما من تاريخ الشراء عند انطباق الشروط التالية:

وجود الفاتورة الأصلية أو امر الشراء
تم الشراء خلال 30 يوما
أن تكون المنتجات بنفس حالتها عند الشراء.
ألا يكون المستهلك قد استخدمها بأي صورة من الصور.
ألا تكون طبيعة السلعة وبحسب ما يقتضيه العرف لا تجيز ردها أو استرجاعها.
وجود عيب مصنعي لم يكن ظاهرا وقت الشراء
 
 
لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال البضائع فق الحالات التالية:
 
في حال كانت المنتجات “طلب تصنيع" أي يتم تصنيعها بناء على طلب من العميل، فلا يمكن أن تسترد.
إذا كان العميل عالما بالعيب أو الخلل الموجود بالسلعة عند شرائها وقبلها بحالتها وتم إثبات ذلك في فاتورة الشراء.
إذا كانت السلعة أو البضاعة تحول طبيعتها، أو خصائصها، أو طريقة تعبئتها، أو تغليفها دون استبدالها ،أو ردها كتعرضها للتلف أو استحالة إعادتها إلى الحالة التي كانت عليها عند الشراء على نحو يمتنع معه إعادة بيعها ما لم يكن سبب الرد والاستبدال يرجع إلى عيوب التصنيع المذكورة سابقا.
سياسة الضمان: هي أن أي أجزاء يتم شراؤها تخضع للضمان ضد عيوب التصنيع فقط.
 
 يرجى ملاحظة أنه سيتم إعادة المبلغ المخصوم إلى حسابك بعد استلام المنتج وفي غضون 1 إلى 4 أيام عمل إذا تم الدفع بواسطة 
K-Net
ومن 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل لبطاقات الائتمان.
 في حال لم تسترد أموالك بعد 10 أيام عمل، يرجى الاتصال بالبنك الذي تتعامل معه.
