What is meant by safe mobkhar?

The safe mobkhar is a suitably sealed to avoid touching the charcoal. If it falls accidentally, charcoal does not come out. It can be used to Fumigation the clothes, hair or inside Wardrobe.

What is the meaning of string & squashed?

Different shapes for our edition, string takes the form of wire and squashed taking the form of leather.

Is there an additional base for the mobkhar?

The safe mobkhar has separate bases for the string model only. As for the dantelle and squashed models, the bases are fixed and not moving.

Why is the thermos not fixed with its own base?

This is for ease of use and also so that the customer can clean the piece and wash it.

Can I buy one bakhoor tula?

Sorry, there are only 2 tula for Ceylon bakhoor and 3 or 6 tula for Vietnamese tula.

Do you have a box of bakhoor?

Yes, we have a small burlap bag designed to put crumbs of Vietnamese bakhoor, and a small carton box in a special way for Ceylon bakhoor.

What is the country of origin of the home fragrances?

All home fragrances are manufactured in France.

How can I try home perfumes and bakhoor?

We are happy to visit our showroom to try the available home fragrances and bakhoor, or you can contact customer service after making the purchase and ask about free samples of home fragrances.

Can double glass cups for tea and coffee be purchased separately?

We can provide the cups upon breakage, for a small fee, please contact customer service for more information.

Is there a maintenance service for your products, and what is the fee?

Yes, there is a maintenance service for Signature Collection products.

Our warranty & Return policy

All customers have the right, within 14 days, to return the purchased available items through our website in the event that they are not used and in the same condition of purchase, and in the event that the items are a Pre-Order so cannot be returned, the warranty policy is that any parts purchased from our website or through customer service are subject to a warranty against manufacturing defects only.
